Fort Smith's annual Rodeo Days parade had a new entry this year -the Fort Smith Louisiana Purchase Bicentennial Committee. A banner featuring the bicentennial logo, carried by volunteers in period dress, helped bring awareness to the Fort Smith community that the bicentennial is quickly approaching.
