Lake Ouachita State Park - February 22, 2003 and September 20, 2003

William Dunbar & Dr. George Hunter led Thomas Jefferson's 'forgotten' into the Louisiana Purchase. Dunbar and Hunter along with 13 soldiers explored the Ouachita River and spent the winter of 1803, studying the geological phenomenon of what is now Hot Springs National Park. Come experience this forgotten story through living history at Lake Ouachita state Park near Hot Springs.
